Hi, I’m Jennifer Hernandez, the founder of Brightline Ops Consulting. I believe operations should empower people, not exhaust them.
Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked inside growing companies where team members were smart, capable, and deeply committed, yet constantly navigating inefficiencies, missed handoffs, and unclear expectations. I saw firsthand how the right conversations, a fresh perspective, and a few intentional process changes could dramatically reduce stress, increase clarity, and unlock growth. But more than that, I saw how powerful it was to treat people not just as “resources” — but as humans with insights, capabilities, and untapped potential. I’ve seen brilliant founders sitting at their kitchen tables at 10:00 PM because a 'simple' task didn't have a clear owner. I wanted to help people get their evenings back.
That insight is what sparked the creation of Brightline Ops Consulting.
I started Brightline because I’m tired of seeing great leaders burn out on 'busy work.' I believe your operations should be the wind at your back, not a weight on your shoulders. I combine process improvement with people-first strategy to make day-to-day operations clearer, smoother, and more empowering. I don’t just build SOPs — I build confidence, autonomy, and a foundation for sustainable growth.
My work blends process improvement, Agile/Scrum-inspired workflows, and hands-on operational leadership to help small businesses run smoother and scale smarter. I believe that when a business runs smoothly, the people inside it breathe easier. My goal is to help you build a company that is as kind to its team as it is to its bottom line. Whether it’s optimizing systems, documenting SOPs, or training teams, my approach is simple: meet people where they are, listen closely, and co-create solutions that actually stick.
